Based in Chandigarh, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lovely Professional University and a Master’s degree in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems from Australia, along with valuable international exposure in business operations and systems.He began his career with Amazon as a Transaction Risk Investigator, handling complex, data-driven decisions across global marketplaces including the USA, UK, Spain, Brazil, and Australia. Promoted to Senior Investigation Specialist, he led training, mentoring, and quality assurance, successfully guiding over 200 employees and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.Leveraging this experience, Mayank Sharma has built SecurePath on structured processes, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. As Technical Advisor at SecurePath Security & Services Pvt. Ltd., he plays a key role in strengthening strategic operations, governance, and security frameworks. He holds a Bachelor’s degree along with an MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management, combining strong academic credentials with extensive operational expertise.
Throughout his career, he has led critical functions including recruitment, training, operations, HR management, administration, and security enforcement. He has commanded a Central Ordnance Depot with over 1,000 civilian personnel and managed large-scale teams exceeding 3,000 individuals in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
His expertise also includes governance, human capital development, crisis management, large-scale event management, and digital automation initiatives for over 9,000 users across multiple locations. With a strong blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, he brings invaluable advisory strength to SecurePath.
